Macromedia Contribute 2 is the second major version of Contribute, released by Macromedia in summer 2003. It was later bundled with Macromedia FlashPaper.[1]
Compatibility[]
Version 2 was the first to add support for Mac OS X;[2] version 1 supported Windows only.[3]
Legacy activation[]
Adobe Systems, which acquired Macromedia in December 2005,[4] disabled the activation server for legacy Macromedia products on December 15, 2012.[5] Users who wish to activate Contribute 2 after this date will need to follow this procedure.
