Macromedia Dreamweaver UltraDev 4 is an advanced version of Dreamweaver 4 from Macromedia with additional features that support building ASP, JSP, or ColdFusion applications. It succeeded Dreamweaver UltraDev (version 1) and was superseded by Dreamweaver MX.
Each copy of UltraDev was bundled with a single-user license of ColdFusion Server and HomeSite 4.5 (for Windows) or BBEdit 6.0 (for Macintosh).[1][2][3] UltraDev 4 Fireworks 4 Studio came with HomeSite 5.[4]
UltraDev 4 was also included in the following suites:
