Macromedia Fireworks MX 2004 is a version of Fireworks that was released by Macromedia. It was also packaged with Macromedia Studio MX 2004.
Legacy activation[]
Adobe Systems, which had acquired Macromedia in December 2005,[1] disabled the activation server for legacy Macromedia products on December 15, 2012.[2] Users who wish to activate Fireworks MX 2004 after this date will need to follow this procedure.
