Macromedia FlashCast was a Flash-based portal service that was developed by Macromedia for early mobile devices.
Product history[]
Flash Cast was first released by Macromedia in 2004. Macromedia was then acquired by Adobe Systems in December 2005.[1] The product was renamed Adobe Flash Cast and was released in 2007.[2] In 2010, it was superseded by Flash Platform runtimes.[3]
