Macromedia FlashPaper 2 is the second (and last) major version of FlashPaper to be released by Macromedia. It was also packaged with Macromedia Contribute 3, Macromedia Studio 8, and Adobe Web Bundle.[1][2]
Product history[]
Adobe Systems acquired Macromedia in December 2005 and announced in 2008 that development on FlashPaper was being discontinued.[3][4] Support from Adobe for FlashPaper users ended on August 1, 2011.[5]
Legacy activation[]
Adobe disabled the activation server for legacy Macromedia products on December 15, 2012.[6] Users who wish to activate FlashPaper 2 after this date will need to follow this procedure.
