The 3rd annual Macromedia International User Conference (formerly MacroMind Developers Conference) was held October 30 to November 1, 1992 by Macromedia at the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero in San Francisco, California.[1][2]

Events[]

Director-based demonstrations of CD-ROM adaptations included Just Grandma and Me and A Hard Day's Night. Software demonstrations included Authorware from the recently merged Authorware Inc.[2]

Apple Computer demonstrated its voice recognition technology, codenamed "Casper", and QuickTime for Windows. IBM demonstrated video compression for OS/2.[3][4]
