RoboInfo, later Macromedia RoboInfo, was a series of applications for publishing online documentation, such as policies and procedures, that were originally developed by eHelp Corporation, and then Macromedia.
Version history[]
eHelp first released RoboInfo Enterprise in Spring 2001,[1] which was followed by RoboInfo 2 in November 2001.[2] RoboInfo 3.0 was released in early 2003.[3]
On October 24, 2003, eHelp was acquired by Macromedia, which released Macromedia RoboInfo 5 (there is no version 4).[4][5] In December 2005, Macromedia was acquired by Adobe Systems.[6] Adobe continued marketing the product until late 2007, when it was replaced by Adobe RoboHelp 7.[7]
